Look at this time as a gift

I am working from home, home all day everyday and go out to walk and grocery shop. I have spent few weeks... snacking, over eating, not really exercising. Now I am looking at this slower time to take care of me: walk daily, find new recipes and planning my meals. I want to look back on quarantine as time I lost weight not time I gained weight!!!

    I need to do the same. My motivation to do much has been very spotty lately, and I can feel the weight creeping back. We've got this.
