Right knee pain above the knee

I subscribed to DailyBurn. I only have two days left in the Tactical Bodyweight Training series. While performing the high intensity move I experienced pain in my right knee (above kneecap). I'm trying to rehabilitate my knee so I can perform high intensity. It feels like a soreness. The pain is localized. It's a dull pain. Any exercises without weights or with weights? Any advice would help greatly.

Well . . . baby it for now (ice and heat as appropriate, maybe some epsom salt soak, all that normal stuff), minimum added strain. If it doesn't improve pretty quickly, the right answer IMO - unfortunately - is "doctor". Some knee problems will not get worse under strain. With other problems, you'd be burning bridges fast. Diagnosis is important, so you know what you're dealing with.
Wishing you quick improvement!0
