Fitbod Exercise App

Does anyone have experience using this app? I got it and did the three free workouts and liked it so I got the subscription. I like how it automatically generates new workouts for you. It’s nice to have the variety. The one thing I’m not so keen on is the muscle fatigue tracker. The app tries to auto track muscle fatigue based on the exercises performed, but it is way off. This is a problem because the muscle fatigue tracker plays into the recommended exercises. It seems like the workouts only involve about 1 (maybe 2) moves per muscle group. I’m wondering if this is because the fatigue tracker is thinking I’m more fatigued than I am. I’m trying to figure out how to change the settings to give me a more intense workout for the major muscle groups. Does anyone who has used this app have any ideas? Also, are there any alternative workout apps that you would recommend?
