Hey! I'm new to MFP. Trying to stay focused and build lean muscle mass. Also, revamping my diet to clean eating. Looking to share exercises and tips with other girls!

Hello Everyone. I am a stay home mom of 4, whose husband is currently deployed in the US Army. I have recently lost a significant amount of weight, and decided that I want to gain muscle. My ultimate goal is to participate in a NPC physique competition. I workout 5 days a week. I include 30-40 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of lifting.0
