When is the best time to take these supplements like calcium+vit d, vit c , garlic oil & fish oil,
before or after eating? , during breakfast,lunch or dinner? ,

    it says take 2 capsules after meals and the others are take 1-2 capsules three times a day with food or with out food

    well im just curious and confuse because some people are taking it different time and taking a lot of capsules they did not follow the directions on the bottle ,,

    I take quite a few things; vit D, magnesium, zinc, cod liver oil, (and in winter extra vit c) and just take them during breakfast.

    I'm getting old so I also take soya isoflavones and black cohosh against the hot flushes. I worry a bit about my stomach lining - probably needlessly - but try and take the black cohosh and maybe a co-enzyme q 10 when I'm cleaning my teeth before bed.
    Husband is now suggesting I take some fat metabolizers but I think that might be step too far!

    I think as a rule of thumb it's best to take things with food unless otherwise stated on the pack. Not a doctor, though.
