It a great app. I have been here for six years. I hate to imagine how much more I would weigh now if I didn’t log all my meals. Only lost 30 in six years but at least I’m going in the right direction. I wish you all the best! Cindy0

Lost 35 lbs relearning how to eat in my 40's. The app is a good tool but it's all attitude and determination.0

I’m 48 in May, which seems crazy to me. Got up to 225 in my 30s (I’m 5’i8”) but got down to around 190 at age 43 or so. Went back up to 207, now back down to 193 with Noom. I’m a little overwhelmed with their curriculum so I’m trying MyFitnessPal. Hope it goes well.0
