How much calories should I be eating /day?

So, Myfitnesspal says that I should be eating 1200 calories a day to lose weight with minimal exercise,
But the BMR app says 1630.

What one should I be going for?

    What did you set your activity level at and how much did you select to lose each week?

    I really think its your activity level that makes the difference here. If you are very active then you should eat more, if you are not so active and have a desk job you should eat less. I think 1200 is the min for women. I do 1200 but Im sitting at a desk all day, and short (5'1) so I don't need much.

    You should be eating over your BMR. Try looking at the in place of a road map 2.0 thread for help figuring out how much you need.

    Its at 0.75kg, sedentary with one 30min exercise a week.
    I am going to start exercising more soon, I've just been sick lately.

    I am 5'3".

    It says 1959 for maintenance.
    1567 for fat loss and 1496 for extreme fat loss.
    Okay so I'll aim for 1400 calories because I'm not a big eater.

    Yesterday I had 850 calories so I'll have to almost double it. -__-

    How do you survive on 850 calories?

    I'm not really sure. I just get full really easy and also I think im just eating low calorie foods.
    My dairy is public if you want to have a look. :)

    Yeah. Go onto the Apps page and at the top where there are the options, one says BMR :)

    U arent eating enough food... and I browsed your diary... what kinda of lunch or snack is 3 or 5 calories?!? (i wanna eat what your eating, lol)

    I suggest increasing your calories. If you exercise, eat back your calories, do it the right way and stay healthy along the way :smile:

    Yeah, don't worry about them I swear I must have OCD or something because everything has to be even so I just add random numbers to it.
    Had chocolate yesterday which made me fail. I was at exactly 700 before that.. Haven't fixed evening it out yet LOL.
