I have been having 2 wraps for lunch lately. I have 2 different boxes of soft wraps and today finally looked at the ingredients and one has PALM OIL SHORTENING and the other has HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL. Which one is the better of the 2. I know both are most likely bad for you but compared to what I use to eat im fine with one.
Thanks

Unless your doctor has advised you of a health condition, that requires you to avoid these things, it really doesnt matter. Eat whichever one you like best that fits in your calorie goals.

    And I avoid soybeans.
So it’s back to— it’s just up to you.

One's bad for the environment (palm oil), and the other's bad for you (hydrogenated oil). Choose thy evil.

I eat Ole Xtreme Wellness wraps. I just checked. They have neither ingredient.
