Hi my name is Lindsey. Feel free to add me ( ljri3cknourishliftrun ). My diary is public, I will be using a kitchen scale to weigh my food, and I love to cook my own meals!
A little about me.. I love to jog and lift weights (dumbbells & barbell). I'm not following any specific diet, although I try to choose vegetarian or vegan options if possible, but I eat just about anything. I'm back on MFP to gain a better understanding of calories and macros, reduce my portion sizes, and choose healthier options I'm trying to lose at least 10lbs, but my long-term goal is 30lbs.
