Hi, My name is Daniel and I wanted to challenge some other fitness buffs to see how low of a body percentage we can get in 3 months. If your down I already have a group snap with some friends who are doing it with me. The whole point is to have a friendly competition that supports motivating and educating each other on sustainable dieting and high intensity work outs. I figured that because we're all in quarantine we might as well try doing some productive activities for our health (also to keep our vision towards a better lifestyle after quarantine).
