in Debate Club
When it comes to IF it is the easiest way for me to lose weight I can count calories but I usually end up logging something that makes me feel guilty later. but when I fast I don't have to worry about eating anything that it's going to make me feel guilty because I'm not eating anything at all..the longest fast I've done is 30 days and personally I love it!! I am going to be doing IF till the day I die it works wonders for me!!!

• I won’t promote very low-calorie diets.
