How many times a day is it ok to workout?

Depends on the workout, the intensity of the workout, how in shape you are, how long you work out, how sore you are.
There is no one right answer to this question. It depends on a lot of things.
I work out every other day now, mostly because I am still getting back in shape, and get really sore. When I was in really good shape, I worked out seven days a week, but some days were much much lighter than each other. I would only take a rest day when my body told me it needed one, and it will...0 -
If I'm feeling pretty good, I'll do body weight resistance stuff in the morning, then cardio/lifting in the evening. I guess it's okay to workout often. If you think about it, people doing manual labor are basically doing cardio or lifting objects the whole day.0
