Hi,

Thought I would post a picture on current progress and see if there are any other people to follow/add on mfp to follow along with their journeys too :) A little pat on the back with this change since Christmas. I have managed to lose 30lbs so far. e24f5wuws8sw.png

    Sweet shaved chest, out of boredom, this last weekend for the very first time, I shaved mine too.

    I came within 30 lbs of my goal last December...of course I've blown up and gained 25 back.

    Do it!!!!
