Hi, I'm Carol, and I'm starting a 2 year program called Path to Lifestyle Change today. I'm using myfitnesspal to track my intake and exercise. I'm planning to lose at least 10% of my bodyweight through this program in the first six months, and I'd like to lose more. The second half of the program will help me learn how to actually keep it off this time.
