    When I'm on the floor my cat thinks that means I want to be attacked.

    No pictures of that, but here he is wondering why I haven't finished putting dumb bells away.

    I think he is considering giving that dumbbell a little shove and sending it over the edge.. ;)

    No puppies here, but when I do Downward Facing Dog pose, the cat walks underneath me and looks blankly at me when I tell her to move or have me fall on her.

    Mine does this with downward dog, pushups, and planks. I think the latter is why I can do 10 minute planks!
