Did I appropriately set my macros for weight loss?

I used the MyFitnessPal guide to determine how many calories I should intake in order to lose 1 pound per week, but I adjusted the macro percentages based on some recommendations I found online. I am a 35 year old female, weighing just under 130lbs, 5'5". I jog approx 20-35 miles/ week but otherwise work at a desk all day. I feel best around 120 lbs and gained about 10 pounds in the last couple years that I'm struggling to drop (probably from sweets or finishing bites of my kids' food here or there). Plenty of water intake as well. Any advice? Does the below macro & calorie set up look good?

Calories 1200
Carbohydrates 135 g 45 %
Fat 33 g 25 %
Protein 90 g 30 %

Always remember that the MyFitnessPal goal is only for a day with no exercise - your goal is 1200 + exercise calories.
Then you can regard your fat and protein goals in grams as minimums which gives you some flexibility rather being restricted to fixed percentages.

Have you found any good meal plans that I could potentially pre-populate versus tracking after the fact?

    You could try https://www.eatthismuch.com/

It's not my jam, but other people have like it. This is my jam, personally, but not at all what you asked for (I'm just being open and honest ;) ):
