    Hi guys how is everyone. Be safe and careful.

    Want to check with you all. I am struggling to go beyond 7k. How do you all manage to get to 10k.

    I start my day around 8 I wear my fitbit and don't take it out until I sleep around 9 - 10. Only manage to get around 5k-6k. I walk for 10-15 minutes, exercise 10-15 minutes. That is how much I can get to with 2 little kids.
    Please any advise n tips will be appreciated.

    Hi KKMark, I can understand your frustration. I have 2 kids as well, luckily their dad is at home so I tend to leave them and go out for a long walk at least 6x a week. My walk takes nothing less than 1hr 40mins for my normal route. It can be very difficult to reach a target if indoors alone, (at the moment am on 325 steps and it already past 3pm). I have read in another thread of people using YouTube walking exercise to attain greater steps, I intend to try it on my day off or maybe today if am definitely not going out for my walk but I doubt it. Maybe you can give that a go or if you are able to leave the kids with the family then plan to go out there,. Lemme know if need of any other help or if you require any other thing.

    Thank you so much. That is awesome with your walk.
    Weekdays are very hard for me as my husband works from 7-6. However I will try to squeeze in more walking between and when he is done with his work. So atleats I can break it up.

    The home walks my second won't let me do it he wants to hold him up or go in between my plan when I do abs haha its is so fun but I don't feel like I am getting any advantage not doing continously.

    I will definitely try to keep extra 30 min for myself daily. Thank you so much 💓

    I finally manage to get out more often and that immediately affects my steps. If things continue like that, I may reconsider may goal for June. Let's see. 😊
