Gained all the weight back and then some since I was last here. Here I go again. I find weighing myself everyday incredibly demotivating, so I'm going to try once a week

May 13: No weigh-in Satuday, but came here to record a binge last night. This is the kind of emotional out of control eating that starts me on the downward slide again. I am hoping recording it here will get me back in the saddle again today.
May 15: 154.4 - The binge hasn't hurt and I got right back into it yesterday Next weigh-in on Sunday.2 -

7 May- 146.4 lb, Much better. Light dinner, no alcohol & no snacking last night. Pays off! I'm eating light again today. Sticking to mainly fruits and veggies and almost nothing processed. I need to drop this water weight and stay focused.

13 May- 148.6 lbs, I need to get more serious again. Took a bit of a break for Mother's Day weekend. Back on track as of yesterday! I gotta make some progress or at least break even this month. I'd be happy with that

I am so happy to find these threads still going. After two months in the lockdown wilderness and a gain of more than ten lbs it feels good to be back. I'm at my highest weight in years and it happened scarily fast so if you're struggling you are not alone. Hugs.
