I need to lose 2 1/2 st in 3 months.. can I have some tips, advise and inspiration please!?

Not everyone can lose 10lbs per month.
Usually people 100+ over weight can achieve that, if 30ish is all you have to lose, it's going to take a lot longer then 3 months and you're going to have to change your expectations6 -
That's almost 3 lbs/week. You'd be much better off setting a more achievable goal. The pace of weight loss you're talking about is virtually impossible to pull off for more than a couple/few weeks. You'd have to eat practically nothing, and that could cause health issues while simultaneously leading to binging and thus not losing the weight.
Set a more moderate goal like 1.5 - 2 lbs/week and you'll be on the right track.3 -
What's the rush Mr Ward?
Giving some background info would help but going for such a rapid rate of loss is a major concern.
You probably noticed when you set up your account losing 3lbs a week isn't an option.
Tip - look far into the future, start to build the habits that will not just let you get to goal weight but stay at a healthy weight for years to come.6
