I'm a very plain kind of person, so nothing special. Good old fashioned cheese sandwich, ham sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, sardines, tuna, turkey, beef, fried egg, boiled egg. Add a slice of tomato or a leaf of lettuce. A few drops of pepper sauce sometimes.

Oh, I just remembered, hamburgers and hot dogs are classified as sandwiches too!!

For me, usually on a flour tortilla that has been scorched directly on the burner flame on both sides.

I used to buy some kind of carb smart or low carb wrap. Walmart has some Joseph's brand flatbreads and lavash that are not bad. I would wrap up salad/power greens with some pickle spears and either meat or veggie burger. Veggie omelette would be good in a wrap too. Or stir fried vegetables with a little Sriracha.

I've been buying the prepared buffalo chicken salad from Whole Foods and putting it on a La Banderita low carb wrap. Amazing! It's actually really good paired with bread-and-butter pickles <3

I like Joseph’s pita bread and lavash with any leftover meat and veggies.

Thanksgiving sandwich! 2 pieces of toasted wheat bread. In the middle I'll put deli turkey slices, a slice of canned cranberry, and stuffing. (410 calories)
