    I switch up music for the type of exercise I'm doing. For weight lifting my favorites are Five Finger Death Punch's Lift Me Up, Metallica Seek and Destroy, and Slipknot The Devil and I. Cardio I start out with Ghost Love Score by Nightwish, it's 10 minutes long and I tell myself through warm up that when it's over it'll be easier to do then listen to Dark Chest of Wonders to speed it up and kick butt! Dance I have two playlists, one with disco and one with pop, my favorite pop right now is a Lady Gaga Mega Mix and Britney Spears You Better Work B@tch. For body strength reps Dazz Band Let it Whip, Stayin Alive by the BeeGees, and MC Hammer's Can't Touch this, the beat is perfect for reps.
