Herbal Appetite suppressant

I'm looking for an over the counter herbal appetite suppressant. I have heard of many different kinds but just wanted to know what works for you!
I have B.E.D and am trying to lose weight without surgery (I would just keep bingeing and further the damage), so I am looking for safe appetite suppressants to help with my urges.

*no mean or negative comments please!

You're advice/tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

  • I don't know about appetite suppressants, but since binge eating is a compulsive issue there might be more effective ways to tackle it. Might want to look into seeing a therapist, or something like cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), which has had success in dealing with compulsivity.

It might be a good idea to get a grip on the binge eating behavior versus an over the counter pill. There are various approaches to deal with this type of behavior instead of looking for a pill that will not eliminate the root issue. Are you seeing a doctor since you are considering surgery as a future option?

An appetite suppressant doesn't address the disorder only temporarily stops the symptom. IMO, you should be seeing a specialist for treatment.
