Father of 8 trying to be here for a lot longer. Losing the weight will help

you can do it, do you get the kids involved? sounds like you have enough kids for a team plus opposition! If you get them involved they may help to keep you on track an you will set an excellent example to them for their future. I started by meal planning and just walking on my break at work and swimming when I could. I used the sister app calorie counter but I don't think it exists anymore so I just started back on this one. I found the support of the users to be surprisingly one of the biggest keys to success. I lost 43lbs but now that I'm on Hemodialysis & being not able to swim (covid) I have started to gain back some weight. So here I am trying to nip it in the bud. You have to find what's best for you and also make it fun. I found some youtube videos and yoga on the tv I will do so you might be able to find something fun for you and your kids to do too! I hear kids make great free weights! lol Best of luck to you!0
