Yeah you could lose 1lbs one week, and a half pound the next week, but it's still getting you closer or you could be gaining, right?
That's 1 blob you're not carrying around with you anymore, it's still 1 blob you dont have to burn off and you can now burn off other fat, it's still 1 blob closer to goal..
You dont see differences by never moving, you do by losing each blob, and those blobs add up.
