I noticed getting ever bit it hasn’t happened. Work in progress! I’ll get this down.

You will get this down if you don't get down on you! lol i was doing another app just called calorie count (I think) But I can't find it anymore, anyway I did it and lost 43lbs mostly by preparing my meals ahead of time (it gets easier as you go along), walking on my break which I loved! It really help refresh my mind for work. Also by swimming and not even vigorously just enough to feel like I was doing something good for myself. Since the covid outbreak I really miss swimming. I just dvr'd some yoga from my tv and there are loads of exercise videos on you tube so that's what I'm going to do instead. I do hemodialysis 3 times a week so I don't have very much energy but with the help of mypal and it's users who I find very supportive I know you & I will find our way back to a healthy happy place! DON'T GIVE UP!!! Virtual hug!0
