Sadly, her chosen task is more complex than it could be due to the fact that she's collecting only non-synthetic broken laces from right shoes that have broken on or immediately adjacent to parade routes.

    In the past 13-years, she's amassed a collection of nine laces, for a total length just over 16-inches.
