Hi I'm Judy and have been a member here for awhile but haven't really introduced myself, Hoping to start myself and 2 boys on MFP and turn our lives around. Had a look at weight watchers online (someones elses) and had some appealing points. One very big one was that you could create meals and store so they could be retrieved to add very quickly rather than having to go through individual ingredients each time you had that particular meal. Is their an option to do that with MFL or not?

Hi Judy, and yes you can create and store recipes for using later. Under you Food tab there should be a tab for recipes, click on that and on the right hand side is a button for create your own recipe. Just enter in the info and then hit save, then when you want to enter that recipe into your food log, click on the recipe tab and a drop down button will pop up to the right of it and you can choose to enter it into your diary and choose when you had it.0
