Hi,
I'm a bit disgruntled at the fact that whenever I lose a bit of weight my ribs on the upper chest area start showing in a rather unflattering way. I've overheard male friends discussing how to train their chest muscles in order to get a nice round shape and I was wondering if that's something that could solve my problem as well.
Can training chest muscles at different angles help a female gain some "muscle padding" on those ribs? Or we're just not equipped for that?
Thank you
