Don't ask for medical advice from people on the internet.

My professional opinion is you should go see a doctor if you have any cause for concern.

The Doctor in me says “Huh?”

The mommy in me says gargle with warm salt water right now for pain. You might try baby teething solution. It will get better or it will get worse. When it does, you Can decide whether or not to see a real Doctor.

Definitley see your doctor/dentist. Nobody can diagnose you here as we are not medical professionals. Thrush is quite a common reason for white patches on your tongue but there are many other things that can cause it, some of them serious so if you can't get to your doctor or dentist perhaps you could get a phone interview and show them the picture.

    Good luck

A real dentist will not diagnose/give advice to random people on an internet forum.

See a professional. Best of luck.
