    If you're certain you're less active, your options are:

    * Decrease calorie goal a little (i.e., decrease your activity setting in your profile to be more accurate)
    * Increase exercise to make up for the difference
    * Increase daily life activity (NEAT = Non-exercise Activity Thermogenesis) to make up for the difference
    * Or, a combination.

    There's a thread here about that increasing daily life activity. It predates the "shelter at home" era, so some ideas won't apply, but many can be done even indoors in a small home.

    Are you weighing or measuring everything you eat?

    If it's been a month and you're confident that you're measuring your food accurately, then it is time to consider that your changed activity level has resulted in you no longer being in a deficit. You'll need to adjust your daily calories to reflect your new, lower, activity level.
