Morning Meltdown 100

I'm on day 44 of Morning Meltdown 100. Although I'm not following the dietary restrictions, I haven't seen a lot of scale movement. I restarted MFP in hopes to jumpstart myself and try to figure out if I don't have enough of a calorie deficit, which based on my input, doesn't show that I've gotten more in vs burned. I have noticed a bit of body transformation- the number on the scale doesn't mean as much if I see physical progress... but I'm 44 days in without so much as a pound lost??? Should I take a day break in between workouts?

    Log your food and see if you're in a deficit. No exercise will result in weight loss if you eat more than you burn.
