Nice weathers coming...gained a bunch back..would appreciate tips..advice..anything motivational to jump back on...it gets harder and harder..

I am not very motivational but I will say this. Consistancy is more important than anything anyone else can say to you. Even if you don't feel like doing it anymore remind yourself that if you stop now you will have lost any progress you made and you have already back tracked and gained some, so work on losing the gain 1lb at a time. Dont look long term just 1lb at a time, you can do that can't you.
Good time to spring clean your mind, get back to basics, remember why you wanted to lose weight, shake up your meal plan and try some new recipes. Try some new excercises.
We are all struggling to varying degrees during these strange and frightening times but you don't want to come out the other side back where you started or worse.
Just keep plodding on doing the right things (mostly) trust the process, make small changes, talk to us on here, but above all don't give up.3
