Goals for May

My goal for this month is to make sure and track my calories every day.
I've set my goal to lose weight, so I will try to stay within the calorie range and not use all of my exercise calories that I earn. Hopefully, drinking a lot of water and maintaining everything I am supposed to - will help. Does anyone have any goals for this month that they want to share?

    Get back to work, go visit my grandbaby who lives out of state and I haven't seen in over two months, go shopping for something that isn't "essential" but that I just "want".

    Oh, you mean fitness goals? :-) Pretty much the same as yours. Been putting on the "COVID 15" and need to reverse the trend.

    I stress ate a lot the first few weeks .. but I thought to try and get back to my healthy habits this month.. it’s hard but I’m going to try.. I hope that things become better for us soon

    I love setting goals as they are always something to reach for and keep me focused!

    Mine are:
    Get down to 120lbs
    Run at least 15 times this month
    Try not to weigh myself as often (this is a big one for me because I obsess over it daily)
