I was wondering how many veggies a day you all eat. Thanks

In an average day, I probably eat 6-15 different vegetables, some of them in large quantities and some in smaller quantities.

Varies. I shoot for a minimum of 5 roughly 80g servings of varied, colorful veggies/fruits daily, but prefer to get 10+. I'm probably closer to the 5 than over 10 recently, with the more limited grocery shopping when under "shelter in place".

Note: Asking a question like this, you're probably more likely to get more answers from people who eat relatively more veggies/fruits, fewer answer from people who eat less, because the popular wisdom is that eating more of them is better, and people often don't like to report things that feel like underperformance. 🤷‍♀️

Every day is different. I had half a banana, half a large apple, lettuce, kale, tomatoes, calabacita, onion, and poblano today. Yesterday I had cabbage, carrot, broccoli, asparagus stir fry. Just try to get a variety.
