Curious if my diet will actual result in weight loss

Im 20 years old, 5'6 male at 151 pounds. Im trying to cut down to 140 im curious to see if anybody thinks my goals are acvhievable by june 30th going with my eating plan over the past few weeks?

Set your weight loss at .5 lb a week, enter your info into mfp and let that help calculate your calories. Remember to eat back any exercise calories.5

It looks like you are trying to get good nutrition, you're eating more on exercise days and you're logging pretty well. If you find it not working, you can always use a digital food scale instead of using generic ".25 cup" type entries. The best results come from the most accurate data.
Keep it goin'! Keep an eye on getting in all your protein. You're getting lots of vegetables and fruits, so I think you're on the right track.
Setting strict time limits makes it a lot harder, especially when you don't have a lot to lose.

Great advice above. I'll add that as you get closer to goal and loss slows down, body weight fluctuations are more noticeable. Scale weight rolling average or trend is more telling than isolated data points.0

What is your mfp calorie target for .5 loss per week? Are you eating close to that amount plus some portion of your exercise calories? That’s the answer to your question. Good luck!0
