You need to eat more if your workout calories are really correct. Do you want to reach an arbitrary weight goal no matter what, or do you want to look good? Because with what you're doing you'll look flabby and will have lost tons of muscles.1

How much more calories should i eat, i jsut go by what it tells me on the application0

I run 5 days a week for roughly 45 to 60 minutes at moderate pace. Most times 30 minutes steady last 15-30 minutes at 30 seconds highest pace and 30 seconds steady0

It tells you to eat this because you've chosen a certain weightloss goal and activity level. The smaller the goal or the higher your activity level the more calories. And you are supposed to eat your workout calories back in addition to that. Activity level does not refer to working out but to your lifestyle: sitting in an office, working a construction job, etc. With regards to workout calories it's probably best to start with eating back half of them as the calorie numbers are only estimates that might be off for some people.1 -
I do eat back the calories i burn off? My activivty level is moderately active, but i excercise atleast 5 days a week. if you look through my diary i eat over 1200 calories a day including my excercise?0

You're a man, right? You're supposed to eat at least 1500 calories per day, plus all your exercise. For yesterday i see in your diary that you've eaten 1960 calories and worked out for 695. Thus effectively you've eaten 1265 calories. Every toddler needs more food than that! So what makes you think your body is so special that it needs less energy than a toddler?4

Consider weighing your food instead of using measuring cups. You'll get a more consistent and accurate calorie count. Can pick one up in Amazon for under 20.00. Best of luck!
