Looking to get fit after gaining weight while maintaining my Recovery. I get discouraged when the scale does not reflect all the work I am doing. Investing in food scale. I am in a Running Club and doing clean eating but my midnight snack is what stops me from losing weight faster. Have lost 10 pounds but hitting a wall. Must push my self harder

Hello there! Don't push harder, but make sure you fuel your body properly, keep your deficit and an appropriate level and practice patience. Weight loss that remains off is not fast. It's a lifestyle change1
