Don't we count our liquid calories? I can't find anywhere to log this. HELP!:drinker:

    You log it right along with meals or snacks OR you can rename one of the categories "Drinks" or something similar. Personally I follow the advice I heard before starting this and that is "Don't drink your calories" meaning drink calorie free mainly or only.

    And you can change them to whatever you care to.
