Hi everyone. I did I F for about 6months. Loved it. Good results. Oops ...then drifted off it.
I am back on it now and looking forward to sharing in this group.

    What type of IF did you do? and what did you love about it?

    Welcome! I just started doing IF, too. The mornings are a non issue for me, because I only ever just have black coffee up until around noon, but the night time snacking is my nemesis!

    I've been doing IF 16:8 for 3 weeks and LOVE it, I'm down 6 pounds already (with watching what I'm eating during those 8 hours as well). I have my hours set from 12 to 8 p.m. The mornings are easy, I don't get hungry for a few hours after I wake up anyways. But that night time snacking is how I gained all my weight! Cutting myself off at 8 p.m. is HUGE helpful!!! Unless I'm absolutely starving, I know I'm not "hungry" and it's all mental and ignore it at night until bedtime.
