Starting over...again

Well, I have been on MFP for several years now. Back in 2015, I started my weight loss journey and was able to get down to 165 (from 233). Since 2017, the weight has slowly crept back and now I'm at my original starting weight. Working from home in 2019 until December when I was laid off didn't help, and now, like most others, I am at home during COVID-19.
So I am committing myself to lose the weight again. I'm 51 and it's time.
I've been looking into the Beck Diet Solution. I see that there's a book and a workbook. For those who have read/used it, do you prefer the book or the workbook?

Welcome to MFP! I'm not familiar with that book I just do this the MFP way by tracking calories everyday. You've done this once, you can do if again.
