I thought the time at home would be good to keep me in track with eating and exercise. However, I have been eating carbs, particularly pizza on a regular basis and plenty.

Anyone has good insight to manage this? Im hoping chatting about it will help.

I have been exercising regularly, but I find myself bored at home and then comfort food.

There is nothing wrong with carbs.

The problem is if you are eating too many calories. If you're eating over calorie goal, then that is the discussion you need to have, not about not eating carbs

I'm no help, because it's been the same for me. I always complained that it was too hard for me to eat right with my work schedule, but now I don't work at all and I'm still being bad :( lol.

I suppose there's a big difference being at home unemployed, or actually working from home. I seem to be working harder some days and forgetting to eat. I don't seem to have a COVID19 eating problem.

Don’t keep the food in the house. Literally only thing that helps me.

And make exercise part of routine.

Don't label food that you have trouble moderating as 'comfort' food. If you are eating enough total calories to gain unwanted weight it will not bring you any comfort. It is one thing if you are sick or it is a rare occurrence. On a daily basis it is a lie that we tell ourselves.
