Is Joe Wicks style HIIT cardio or resistance? What is yoga? etc.

Hi
I was going to start tracking exercise on MFP. However, there are several things I do which I'm not sure how to categorise.
For example, yoga. I do some fairly relaxing yoga, but also some "flow yoga" which is a bit more muscular. It's not cardio, is it resistance, or does it not fit a category?
Similarly, is a "Joe Wicks" HIIT session cardio or resistance? It certainly gets the heart rate up, but there's things like squats and push ups in there, so which category do I put it under?

There's a yoga category you can use for yoga. If I only stretch I use this or the yoga entry and log half of it as I find the number very high.
For the other workout, there's a calisthenics category, probably circuit or interval training. Maybe any of these. I'd always err on the low side of calories.1
