Hi Friends I'm new to this plan

Started on the 18th of April. Was down a few pounds then my cravings got the best of me. only down a couple of pounds now. disappointed in myself. My sister and I support each other. She's down 10 pounds. Guess I gotta drop the cravings. Ate no sugar added fruit cocktail tonight in 2 tablespoons of cool whip light. was very good. Push me is what I need. Thanks to all. Kay

    What foods have you been craving? And what's stopping you from trying to eat them regularly and in moderation?

    Well sweets. Chocolate chip cookies. I have some protein low sugar bars coming. hope that will help. How do you do it?
