I want to buy fish high in fats. Just mention types of fish so I know what to buy at the store.

Mackerel, herring, sardines, and most types of salmon you can get at a grocery store are considered higher-fat fish, I believe.3

Are you talking fat or the omega 3? If you're talking the later most are. Just Google fish high in fat or omega3 and it'll list in that order. I eat lots of fish and I know salmon and tuna are 2 good ones for fats and omega 3s.0

Salmon - Atlantic salmon has about twice the amount of fat as Pacific salmon. Herrings are good too. Trout has around 6g fat per 100g so that's a good choice too. If you want to save money -and for convenience mackerel and pilchards in cans are good. I always keep those in stock for emergency salads, or on toast. Tuna is not as high in fat - but the protein is there.
