Milestone 1 Complete

Hi team, just to tell you I’m happy because I completed my first big milestone. I went below 100 kgs since 5 years ago (220 pounds). In summer I was at 114. So finally I lost 14.6 kgs or 32 pounds approx.
Victory is far away, I keep on weighing myself several times a day which is not healthy, I also pressure myself everyday and if I have not lost I get anxious and angry.
But even with the struggling I have now been 4 times mountain biking in 8 days. Short distances of 15 kms but I already feel different.
I always think in being shredded or alike and however far that is I am closer now than ever. I’m 41 years old and I have failed many times but I have also succeeded.
My new recipe for success is:
- No diet, I’m now a Keto eater for the rest of my days.
- Cheat meals: all I made before I made this change = Zero cheat meals
- Sport= Every day something, no resting day. If my legs are sore I do abs, if my arms are sore I do legs, etc...If I’m sick I also do sport even if just walking 1 hour.
- My Inspiration: all you guys trying to be a better version of yourself + Jocko Willink & David Goggins.
-One day at a time, one little milestone at a time.
- Rewards for milestones. Mine is a new Macbook Pro for this one as this is big for me. But can be a simple as listening to a nice concert.
All the best MFP warriors.
