Can I eat back the calories I didn't eat throughout the week?

Seems everyday I have calories left over. If I total those up and eat them back on my "cheat day" would that be ok/safe?

It's called calorie banking and yes, it's fine to do that. I think quite a few people here do that

I like doing that! It's why I use a spreadsheet to keep track so I don't have to go and total them all up.

If you use the app on your phone, click the Nutrition button at the bottom of the Diary page. In there, you can see your net average for the week. A lot of us use that and aim to be on target per week rather than daily.

Wow, no idea this was a feature. Thanks.
