    Yeah it did.

Baking is fine, grilling is fine, steaming is fine (grosses me out but fine), frying is fine too.
However it fits in your daily goals is fine.

I like to use my crockpot as much as I can because I'm lazy.
You can toss some chicken breasts in there will BBQ sauce, salsa, marinade, whatever, cook it up & then shred the chicken.
Chicken breasts plus portabello mushrooms, pears, and some balsamic in a crockpot then shredded is pretty yum!

If I grill it, I like to marinate it in lemon or other citrus since it keeps it from drying out.

I also like to marinate it in lemon & garlic, sear it on both sides in my cast iron skillet then shove it in the oven at 400F for like 10-15 minutes to finish cooking it. Yum

I won't say this is the healthiest, but my husband and I have started baking our chicken this way:

Brush olive oil on both sides of a chicken breast.
Mix together some panko bread crumbs and reduced fat parmesan cheese (I just eye it but I would estimate about 1 cup of bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of parmesan). I like to have plenty in the bowl so I don't have to work too hard to cover the chicken.
Dip the chicken in the bread crumbs to cover and then bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken breast).

The chicken comes out so moist and is really yummy. Plus it's much healthier than any fried versions.

We also bake chicken without the bread crumbs and we steam it as well. We just like this alternative when we get board with other ways of preparing it.

Dude, no one was hating or accusing you of anything until you made it weird.
So you brought this upon yourself.

For more chicken breast ideas (I suggest you phrase it that way), there's a load of recipe blogs out there. Chicken is one of the most versatile things ever.

Look mate, I have no issue with you what-so-ever, You seem like a nice enough harmless dude - but you need to understand there is no point labeling stuff as "healthy" and "unhealthy" - just live your life, eat food, lift weights, get swole.

If you ate "completely healthy" the way some people say you should, your life would be so boring..

    *jelly

But in all seriousness, Poached is a good way to cook chicken breasts. They stay more moist and palatable when served cold, like on salads, etc. It's similar to steaming, but you can infuse flavor with the poaching liquid.

Sounds like a conversation I've had with my kids (ages 15 &17). Wife and I had over 100lbs each to lose. The kids have picked up on our efforts, so I get a lot of questions from my nerdlings about "is this healthy"? I have the same answer every single time: "There's no such thing as healthy or unhealthy food. But the makeup of the food that will determine what a healthy portion of that food is."

You can't make skin tight. I have loose skin from beiing fat before.

Calories and macronutrients is all that matters.

Check my diary from yesterday to see that I'm not just saying that.

If I'm cooking boneless skinless breast I either pan sear, grill or put some type of sauce over them and stew or bake. If I'm cooking bone-in skin on (which I prefer) I roast or grill them.

Generally speaking, fried is likely to be the least heatlhy. The other methods are probably going to be about the same.

Calories in < calories out is all it takes to lose weight.
Calories in > calories out is all it takes to gain.

Everything else is just levels of optimization. You can lose weight eating 1000 calories a day of pure lard. But you'll feel like ****.

    using what kind of oil?

It depends on what heat you're using.
Different oils have different heat points.
Grapeseed and canola are good for frying
    Olive isn't.
Plus grapeseed won't leave the taste behind.
    Google it.

^This. I get you're not from the US so English might not be your first language but it's really not that hard to type "thanks for the info" over "thx fr d info".
Maybe your typing style is leading people to ask if you're serious or a troll.
