So, I was scrolling through the challenges and noticed that I don’t fit the mold for the challenges I found. You see, I want to challenge with a group that is iat a similar fitness level as myself.
I am in my 40’s and weight in over 300 lbs. I stepped on the scale recently and I had gained so much the scale couldn’t calculate my weight!!! How embarrassing!
So that is where I am! I would love to connect and start a challenge/support system/motivational page for us over 300lbs!

    My story is above. Here we go...
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 3 hundred 60 plus
    May 2: over 360/average steps under 1,000 for week
    May 9: 357/average daily steps for week 1,159

    May Goal: 350 (would like to step on scale and register a weight, even if it is depressing-still better than being too heavy for the scale) and average 3,500 daily steps for the week.
