Hi all,
I had the worst night ever ... legs were all crampy at the feet and calves. I don't know what caused it or how to not let this happen again. I googled the symptoms and came to a conclusion that I experienced rest cramps. Anyone experienced rest cramps and overcomed it? Please help

Eat foods higher in potassium and magnesium, this can help with cramping. Also, make sure you stretch. This will help with muscle tightness that can cause cramping.0

Stretch before you work out and after you work out. Warm up and coold down properly. Also you can stretch during the day to help relax those muscles, some massage also might help to relax them.0
