Hi! Anyone else in here fasting? If so, any tips on maintaining calorie/nutritional intake during this month?

    Yes I am.

    Ramzan fasting is just like intermittent fasting.
    So follow the IFT style. It's even healthy.

    I am on weight loss journey, and my daily calorie target is 1700. So I try to consumer all my calories within iftaar and sehri.

    Your food habits really depends on your country culture.
    I would just say eat normal healthy food during iftaar instead of speical tasty snacks(most people eat special snacks during iftaar in india 😅).

    I also consume my protein shake during sehri.
